𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐩𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐲𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐭𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
कार्यक्रम
में मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी योजनाओं के 29 लाभार्थियों
को एक्नॉलेजमेंट लेटर भी प्रदान किए। इसके अलावा,
वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जुड़े जिला स्तर
पर आयोजित कार्यक्रमों में जिला उपायुक्तों द्वारा अन्य लाभार्थियों को प्रमाण
पत्र प्रदान किए गए।
इस
अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार वर्ष 2014
से ही अंत्योदय के पथ पर चलते हुए सरकार की
कल्याणकारी योजनाओं व सेवाओं का लाभ अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाना सुनिश्चित कर रही
है। हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई मुख्यमंत्री परिवार समृद्धि योजना केंद्र
सरकार की पांच योजनाओं के लिए एक एकल प्लेटफॉर्म है,
जिसमें पीएमजेजेबीवाई,
पीएमएसबीवाई, एमएसवाईएमवाई, पीएमएलवीएमवाई और पीएमएलवीएमवाई के प्रीमियम की
प्रतिपूर्ती सरकार द्वारा की जाती है।
मुख्यमंत्री
परिवार समृद्धि योजना के तहत ऐसे परिवार जिनकी वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय 1 लाख 80 हजार
रुपये से कम या उसके बराबर है, प्रति
वर्ष 6000 रुपये
का लाभ पाने के पात्र हैं और इस राशि का उपयोग केंद्र प्रायोजित पेंशन और बीमा
योजनाओं के लिए लाभार्थी के हिस्से का भुगतान करने के लिए किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने
कहा कि हमारा लक्ष्य 31 मार्च, 2022 तक इन योजनाओं के तहत अधिकतम
लाभार्थियों को कवर करना है, ताकि
लाभार्थियों का सुरक्षित भविष्य सुनिश्चित किया जा सके। इसलिए मुख्यमंत्री ने ऐसे
सभी लाभार्थी जो इन योजनाओं के तहत लाभ पाने के पात्र हैं और जिन्होंने अभी तक
अपना नामांकन नहीं कराया है, उनसे
आग्रह किया कि वे जल्द से जल्द अपना पंजीकरण कराना सुनिश्चित करें।
“Our target is to cover maximum beneficiaries
under these schemes by March 31, 2022, so as to ensure that the future of these
beneficiaries could be ensured. Therefore all those beneficiaries who are
eligible to get benefits under these schemes and are yet to enroll themselves
should ensure the registration at the earliest,” urged Manohar Lal
During the programme, out of the total
3,14,446 beneficiaries under MMPSY, as many as 29 beneficiaries enrolled under
Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY), Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima
Yojana (PMSBY) and all the three Maandhan schemes including Pradhan Mantri
Kisan Maandhan Yojana (PMKMY), Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan-dhan (PMSYMY),
and Pradhan Mantri Laghu Vyapari Mandhan Pension Yojana (PMLVMY) also received
the scheme acknowledgement letter from the Chief Minister, while rest of the
beneficiaries received the same from the Deputy Commissioners at the programme
held at district level. Under MMPSY, beneficiaries are eligible to get a
benefit of Rs 6000 per year and this amount will be used to pay the
beneficiary's share of centrally sponsored schemes for pension and insurance,
informed the Chief Minister.
“In today’s programme an amount of Rs.
3,32,82,480 has been released directly into the accounts of 1,00,856
beneficiaries of PMJJBY, Rs. 21,94,992 to 1,82,916 beneficiaries of PMSBY and
Rs.1,78,22,500 to 30,674 beneficiaries of Maandhan schemes (PMKMY, PMSYMY,
PMLVMY),” informed the Chief Minister.
The Chief Minister further informed that the
MMPSY scheme is an umbrella of five central government schemes wherein the
premium of PMJJBY, PMSBY and three Maandhan schemes (PMKMY, PMSYMY, PMLVMY)
under MMPSY, will be reimbursed to the beneficiaries by the State Government
whose family income is less than or equal to Rs. 1.80 lakh per annum.
He informed that there are 10.73 lakh such
families registered under Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) whose annual income is
less than or equal to Rs 1.80 lakh and 40 lakh beneficiaries eligible to get
benefit under MMPSY. Out of the said beneficiaries’ data, 16.81 lakh
beneficiaries are eligible to get the benefit of PMJJBY and PMSBY schemes.
“The disbursement to the remaining eligible
beneficiaries will also be made in due course of time. For executing this task,
the State Government has a budget provision to the tune of Rs. 821 crore during
the Financial Year 2021-22 in the MMPSY scheme,” informed the Chief Minister.
He said that all such families having annual
income of Rs 1.80 lakh per annum and who are yet not included in the
Socio-Economic and Caste Census (SECC) 2011 will also be included in the
Ayushman Bharat scheme and their premium will also be paid by the state
government.

लाख ऐसे परिवार पंजीकृत हैं, जिनकी वार्षिक आय 1
लाख 80 हजार
रुपये से कम या उसके बराबर है, जिसमें
40 लाख
लाभार्थी शामिल हैं जो एमएमपीएसवाई के तहत लाभ पाने के पात्र हैं। उक्त
लाभार्थियों में से 16.81 लाख
लाभार्थी पीएमजेजेबीवाई और पीएमएसबीवाई का लाभ पाने के पात्र हैं।
उन्होंने
कहा कि ऐसे सभी परिवार जिनकी वार्षिक आय 1.80
लाख रुपये प्रति वर्ष है और जो अभी तक
सामाजिक-आर्थिक और जाति जनगणना (एसईसीसी) 2011
में शामिल नहीं हैं,
उन्हें भी आयुष्मान भारत योजना में शामिल किया जाएगा
और उनके प्रीमियम का भुगतान भी राज्य सरकार द्वारा किया जाएगा।
