Chandigarh- हरियाणा सरकार ने 'महामारी अलर्ट सुरक्षित हरियाणा' की अवधि को अगले आदेशों तक बढ़ाया

सार्वजनिक सभाओं, रैली और धरना-प्रदर्शनों पर भी प्रतिबंध लगाया गया है.

चंडीगढ़: कोरोना के तेजी से बढ़ते मामलों के बीच हरियाणा की मनोहर लाल सराकर ने राज्य में लगे पाबंदियों को अगले आदेश तक बढ़ा दिया है। हरियाणा सरकार की तरफ से जारी आदेश में कहा गया कि राज्य में ‘महामारी अलर्ट सुरक्षित हरियाणा’ की अवधि को अगले आदेशों तक बढ़ाया जा रहा है। सरकार की तरफ से जारी गाइडलाइंस के अनुसार पहले से जारी सभी पाबंदियां जारी रहेंगी। हरियाणा के मुख्य सचिव संजीव कौशल की तरफ से जारी आदेश में कहा गया है कि 5 जनवरी और 10 जनवरी 2022 को जारी पाबंदियां जारी रहेंगी।

                                                       ORDER

It is in continuation of HISDMA order No. DMC SPO-2020/14198 dated 10.01.2022 vide which guidelines of Mahamari Alert-Surakhsil haryana' has heen released to be implemented in the State upto 12.01.202205:00AM).

Now, keeping in view the emergence of Omicron variant and persistent rise in COVID-19 cases in the State, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 22(2)(h) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, the undersigned in my capacity as Chairperson, State Executive Committee do hereby direct that the restrictions imposed in Group 'A' districts vide order dated 05.01.2022 shall now be imposed in all the districts.

The guidelines released vide order dated 05.01.2022 and 10.01.2022 shall continue to be imposed in the State

All the Deputy Commissioners shall implement the guidelines strictly. Any person violating these measures will be liable to be proceeded against as per the provisions of Section 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and other legal provisions as applicable.

गाइडलाइंस के मुताबिक हरियाणा के 19 जिलों में जिनमें गुरुग्राम, फरीदाबाद, सोनीपत, अंबाला, पंचकूला, करनाल, कुरुक्षेत्र, पानीपत, यमुनानगर, रोहतक और झज्जर सिरसा, रेवाड़ी, जींद, फतेहाबाद, महेंद्रगढ़, कैथल, भिवानी और हिसार शामिल हैं। वहां शाम 6 बजे ही दुकानें और बाजार बंद हो जाएंगे। हालांकि दूध और दवा समेत जरूरी सेवाओं की दुकानों को देर रात तक खोलने की इजाजत दी गई है। इन सभी जिलों में सिनेमा हॉल, मल्टीप्लेक्स, थियेटर, मनोरंजन पार्क और बिजनेस एक्जीबिशन बंद रहेंगे। सार्वजनिक सभाओं, रैली और धरना-प्रदर्शनों पर भी प्रतिबंध लगाया गया है।
