भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा आज यहां पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस मौके पर उन्होंने कहा कि मौजूदा सरकार ने प्रदेश को कर्ज में डुबोने के सिवाय कोई कार्य नहीं किया। इस सरकार की कारगुजारियों के चलते आज प्रदेश लगभग तीन लाख करोड़ के कर्ज तले दब गया है। हालात ऐसे हो गए हैं कि रूटीन के कामों और कर्ज उतारने के लिए भी सरकार को कर्ज लेना पड़ रहा है। बावजूद इसके सरकार ने बजट में बड़ी-बड़ी घोषणाएं की हैं। इनको पूरा करने के लिए ना सरकार के पास पैसा है और ना ही कोई नीयत है।
हुड्डा ने कहा कि इस सरकार ने वास्तविकता से ध्यान भटकाने के लिए इन्फ्लेटेड बजट पेश किया है, ताकि लोगों को सुनने में अच्छा लगे। लेकिन लोग इसकी हकीकत को समझ चुके हैं। सरकार द्वारा हर बार घोषणा से विपरीत बाद में अलग-अलग कामों के लिए बजट आवंटन को घटाकर ऊंट के मुंह में जीरे के समान कर दिया जाता है।
उन्होंने निवेश का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि सरकार ने बजट में एक
लाख करोड़ के निवेश का लक्ष्य रखा है,
जबकि
पिछले साल के आंकड़े बताते हैं कि पूरे साल में प्रदेश में महज 1600 करोड़ रुपये का ही निवेश
हुआ है। ऐसे में एक लाख करोड़ निवेश के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने में 50 वर्ष से भी ज्यादा का समय
लगेगा।
Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda said the BJP-JJP government believes in making only false announcements. In every budget, the government makes new announcements, thinking that these promises do not have to be fulfilled and this includes the announcement of setting up medical colleges in every district.
Addressing a press
conference on Tuesday, Hooda said the present government has not done any work
except pushing the state into a debt crisis. “The state is buried under a debt
of about three lakh crores due to the actions of this government. The situation
has become such that the government has to take loans even for routine works
and repaying the debt. Despite this, the government has made big announcements
in the budget. The government has neither the money nor the intention to fulfil
them,” he said.
“This government has
presented an inflated budget to divert attention from reality so that people
feel better, but people have understood this reality. Contrary to the
announcement by the government every time, the budget allocation for different
works is later reduced to a fraction of what was announced in the budget,” he
said.
Hooda said that
every section including farmers, laborers, employees, small traders, unemployed
has been disappointed with this budget. “This budget will prove to be a failure
in dealing with challenges like highest unemployment, record inflation,
economic slowdown, dilapidated condition of the economy,” he said.
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि इस बजट से किसान, मजदूर, कर्मचारी, छोटा व्यापारी, बेरोजगार समेत हर वर्ग को निराशा हाथ लगी है। सर्वाधिक बेरोजगारी, रिकॉर्ड महंगाई, आर्थिक मंदी, अर्थव्यवस्था की जर्जर हालत जैसी चुनौतियों से निपटने में यह बजट फेल साबित होगा।
