रोहतक।। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने पंजाब सरकार द्वारा चंडीगढ़ को लेकर विधानसभा में पास किए गए प्रस्ताव को राजनीतिक जुमला करार दिया है। हुड्डा का कहना है कि चंडीगढ़ हरियाणा का था, है और रहेगा। वो प्रदेश के हितों से किसी भी कीमत पर खिलवाड़ नहीं होने देंगे। चाहे पदयात्रा करनी पड़े या इसके लिए चाहे हमें कोई भी कड़े से कड़ा कदम उठाना पड़े, हम इसके लिए कोई भी कुर्बानी देने के लिए तैयार हैं।

हुड्डा आज रोहतक में एक पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस मौके पर उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेशहित में सभी राजनीतिक दलों को एकजुटता दिखानी होगी और सभी दलों को इस मसले पर अपनी राय स्पष्ट करनी होगी। क्योंकि पंजाब के साथ सिर्फ राजधानी ही नहीं बल्कि एसवाईएल के पानी और हिंदीभाषी क्षेत्रों को लेकर भी विवाद है। ऐसे में सभी को प्रदेश के अधिकारों की पैरवी मजबूती से करनी होगी।
नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि इस मसले पर चर्चा के लिए सोमवार को उन्होंने दिल्ली में हरियाणा भवन में कांग्रेस विधायक दल की बैठक बुलाई है। बैठक में राष्ट्रपति या प्रधानमंत्री से मुलाकात समेत तमाम रणनीति पर चर्चा होगी। इससे पहले भी एसवाईएल पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले को लागू करवाने की मांग को लेकर सभी दलों के नेता राष्ट्रपति से मिल चुके हैं। लेकिन अब तक इस मसले पर प्रधानमंत्री से मुलाकात नहीं हो पाई है। ऐसे में प्रदेश सरकार को प्रधानमंत्री से वक्त मांगना चाहिए।
इसके अलावा पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हुड्डा ने लगातार बढ़ती महंगाई पर भी गहरी चिंता जाहिर की है। उन्होंने कहा कि पेट्रोल-डीजल की लगातार बढ़ती कीमतों के बीच डीएपी के रेट और हरियाणा में सरकार ने बिजली की दरों में बढ़ोतरी का फैसला करके गरीब व आम आदमी पर दोहरी मार मारी है। जबकि हरियाणा की जनता पहले से ही देश में सर्वाधिक महंगाई झेल रही है।
हुड्डा ने ऐलान किया कि भविष्य में कांग्रेस सरकार बनने पर गरीब आदमी को मुफ्त और मध्यमवर्ग को किफायती दरों पर बिजली मुहैया करवाई जाएगी। साथ ही उन्होंने दोहराया कि उनकी सरकार बनने पर कर्मचारियों की पुरानी पेंशन स्कीम को भी बहाल किया जाएगा।
Addressing a press conference in Rohtak today, he said that all political parties will have to show solidarity in the interest of the state and all parties will have to clarify their opinion on this issue. “There is a dispute with Punjab not only over the capital but also over Hindi speaking areas and water from the SYL. In such a situation, everyone will have to strongly defend the rights of the state,” he said.
The Leader of
Opposition said he has called a meeting of the Congress Legislature Party at
Haryana Bhawan in Delhi on Monday to discuss the issue. “In the meeting, all
the strategies including meeting with the President or the Prime Minister will
be discussed. Even before this, the leaders of all the parties have met the
President to demand the implementation of the Supreme Court's decision on SYL
we have not been able to meet the Prime Minister on this issue till now. The
state government should ask the Prime Minister for time,” he said.
The former Chief
Minister has also expressed deep concern over the ever-increasing inflation and
said in the midst of ever-increasing prices of petrol and diesel, the DAP rate
and the government in Haryana have hit a double whammy on the poor and common
man by deciding to increase the electricity rates. “All this when the people of
Haryana are already facing the highest inflation in the country,” he added.
Hooda announced
that if the Congress government is formed in future, electricity will be
provided free to the poor and at affordable rates for the the middle class. He
also reiterated that the old pension scheme of the employees will also be
restored, if his government is formed.
He said that the
BJP and the BJP-JJP government have taken anti-people decisions in their entire
tenure. “This government has neither spared the elderly nor the children. This
government has decided to cut pension of the elderly and abolish Rule 134A, which
provided good education to poor children. “This is a wholly anti-people
government. Corruption has seeped into every pore of this government,” he said.
उन्होंने कहा कि बीजेपी और बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार ने अपने पूरे कार्यकाल में ताबड़तोड़ जनविरोधी फैसले लिए हैं। इस सरकार ने ना बुजुर्गों को बख्शा और ना ही बच्चों को। इस सरकार ने बुजुर्गों की पेंशन काटने से लेकर गरीब बच्चों को अच्छी शिक्षा देने वाले नियम 134ए को खत्म करने का फैसला लिया है। इसलिए यह पूर्णताः जनविरोधी सरकार है। इस सरकार के रोम-रोम में भ्रष्टाचार बसा है।
