हुड्डा ने कहा कि हरियाणा के युवा आज देश में सबसे ज्यादा बेरोजगारी झेल रहे हैं। इसलिए उनमें सबसे ज्यादा हताशा देखने को मिल रही है। इसका नतीजा आज सबके सामने है। बेरोजगारी के चलते युवा अपराध व नशे की गिरफ्त में फंस रहे हैं। कुछ युवा हताश होकर पवन जैसा कदम उठा लेते हैं। भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने प्रदेश के युवाओं से भी अपील की है कि वे हौसला न हारें और निराशा में इस प्रकार का कोई भी कदम न उठायें। आत्महत्या किसी समस्या का समाधान नहीं है।
तीन साल से सेना में खुली भर्ती न होने से हर साल हरियाणा के 𝟕𝟓 हजार युवाओं का हौसला ऐसे ही टूट रहा है। इनकी भर्ती की उम्र निकल जा रही है और बेरोजगार घूम रहे हैं। भर्ती खोलने की मांग को लेकर युवा प्रदर्शन कर चुके हैं। सांसदों को पत्र भी लिख चुके हैं लेकिन केंद्र सरकार ने अभी तक कोई फैसला नहीं लिया है। सेना में सिपाही पद के लिए 𝟏𝟕.𝟓 साल से 𝟐𝟏 साल तक की आयु निर्धारित है। तकनीकी और लिपिक पदों के लिए अलग से योग्यता है। हरियाणा से हर साल औसतन 𝟔 हजार जवान सेना में भर्ती होते हैं। खुली भर्ती न होने से युवा मायूस हैं। प्रदेश में खोले गए सेना के भर्ती कार्यालयों से कोई सूचना नहीं मिल रही है। भर्ती कब होगी, इसका जवाब किसी के पास नहीं है।
नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने बेरोजगारी के साथ भर्ती घोटालों को लेकर भी बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार की कड़ी आलोचना की। उन्होंने पिछले दिनों एचएसएससी क्लर्क भर्ती का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि आखिरकार वहीं हुआ जिसका डर था। कोर्ट ने भर्ती को रद्द कर दिया। सरकार के कारनामों का खामियाजा निर्दोष युवाओं को भुगतना पड़ा। लेकिन कोर्ट में मुंह की खाने के बाद भी सरकार बाज नहीं आ रही है। इसलिए अब वह एचसीएस प्रिलिमनरी का रिजल्ट भी घोषित करने की तैयारी में है। ये वहीं भर्ती है जिसमें एचपीएससी के डिप्टी सेक्रेटरी अनिल नागर को रंगे हाथों लाखों रुपये लेते गिरफ्तार किया गया था।
हुड्डा ने कहा कि घोटालेबाजों को बचाने के लिए सरकार इस हद तक आगे बढ़ चुकी है कि जिस भर्ती में घोटाले के पैसे एचपीएससी के दफ्तर से बरामद हुए हैं, सरकार उन पर भी कोई कार्यवाही नहीं कर रही है। स्पष्ट है कि सरकार भर्ती माफिया के सुरक्षा कवच की तरह कार्य कर रही है। उसने पेपर लीक, कैश फॉर जॉब और इंटरव्यू घोटालों के दोषियों को बचाने के लिए एड़ी चोटी का जोर लगा रखा है।
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने सरकार द्वारा गठित कौशल रोजगार निगम को युवा प्रतिभाओं के शोषण का अड्डा बताया है। हुड्डा ने कहा कि कांग्रेस कार्यकाल में उन्होंने जिस ठेका प्रथा पर अंकुश लगाया था, मौजूदा सरकार फिर से उसे आगे बढ़ा रही है। अब सत्ता में बैठे लोग खुद ठेकेदार बनकर बैठ गए हैं। कौशल रोजगार निगम के तहत होने वाली भर्तियों में जमकर नोटों की गड्डियां चल रही हैं। युवाओं से कम वेतन की कच्ची भर्ती के लिए भी हजारों रुपये वसूले जा रहे हैं।
Former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda has said that record-breaking unemployment is now proving fatal for the youth of the state. Pawan, a resident of Bhiwani's Talu, gave up his life due to unemployment. He was waiting for army recruitment for a long time but the government did not take out the recruitment. Eventually Pawan's courage way and he took the extreme step of taking his own life.
Hooda said the youth of Haryana are facing the highest unemployment in the country today and this was the reason why frustration among Haryana youth is the highest. “The results are before everyone today. Due to unemployment, youth are getting caught in the grip of crime and drugs. Some youths take steps like Pawan, out of desperation. I appeal to the youth of the state to keep their morale high, and suicide is not the solution to any problem,” he said.
The Leader of Opposition strongly criticized the BJP-JJP government for unemployment as well as recruitment scams. Referring to the HSSC clerk recruitment in the past, he said what was feared happened. “The court quashed the recruitment. The innocent youth had to bear the brunt of the government's activities. But even in the face of adverse order in the court, the government is not learning any lessons as it now preparing to declare the HCS Preliminary Result also. This is the same recruitment in which HPSC Deputy Secretary Anil Nagar was arrested red handed taking lakhs of Rupees,” he said.
Hooda said that to save the scamsters, government has is not taking any action against the recruitment in which scam money has been recovered from the HPSC office. “It is clear that the government is acting like a security shield for the recruitment mafia. They have worked hard to save the perpetrators of paper leaks, cash for job and interview scams,” he stated.
The former Chief Minister described the Skill Employment Corporation set up by the government as a den of exploitation of young talent. He said the contract system which he had curbed during the Congress tenure, is being carried forward by the present government. “The government itself has established itself a contractor. Bundles of notes are being exchanged in the recruitments under the Skill Employment Corporation. Thousands of rupees are also being charged from the youth for temporary recruitment at low wages,” he said.
“The government is making temporary recruitments in different departments through this new contracting system while it should make sure recruitments through HPSC and HSSC. The government seems to have made up its mind to end permanent jobs. We will oppose it from the road to the Vidhan Sabha and we will not allow them to jeopardize the youth,” he said.
सरकार इस नयी ठेकेदारी व्यवस्था के जरिए अलग-अलग विभागों में कच्ची भर्तियां कर रही है। जबकि उसे एचपीएससी व एचएसएससी के जरिए पक्की भर्तियां करनी चाहिए। लेकिन लगता है कि सरकार पक्की नौकरियां खत्म करने का मन बना चुकी है। विपक्ष इसका सड़क से लेकर सदन तक विरोध करेगा और युवाओं के भविष्य से हो रहे इस खिलवाड़ को बंद करवाया जाएगा।
