प्रदेश प्रभारी विवेक बंसल ने बताया कि नवनियुक्त पदाधिकारियों ने राहुल गांधी को अपनी जिम्मेदारी का निर्वहन पूरी निष्ठा के साथ करने का भरोसा दिलाया है। आने वाले समय में हरियाणा कांग्रेस तेजी से आगे बढ़ती हुई नजर आएगी।
चौधरी उदय भान और नवनियुक्त कार्यकारी अध्यक्षों ने राहुल गांधी का आभार जताया। उदयभान ने कहा कि अगले 3 महीने में संगठन का निर्माण करना और उसे मजबूती देना उनकी प्राथमिकता रहेगी। इससे पहले 29 तारीख को फतेहाबाद में होने वाले ‘विपक्ष आपके समक्ष’ कार्यक्रम को लेकर तैयारियां जोरों पर हैं। हरियाणा कांग्रेस में बदलाव को लेकर जनता में भारी उत्साह है।
लोगों के उत्साह का अंदाजा उसी दिन हो गया था, जब भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा के साथ वह दिल्ली से चंडीगढ़ पदभार ग्रहण करने पहुंच रहे थे। इस दौरान पूरे रास्ते हजारों की तादाद में स्वागत करने के लिए लोग सुबह से लेकर देर रात तक मौजूद रहे। जिसकी वजह से 4 घंटे का सफर 12 घंटे में तय हो पाया।
Former Haryana Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda, state in-charge Vivek Bansal, newly appointed state president Chaudhary Udaybhan and newly appointed working state president Jitendra Bhardwaj, Ramkishan Gurjar, Shruti Chaudhary and Suresh Gupta met Rahul Gandhi today.
Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Hooda said this was Rahul Gandhi's first meeting with the newly appointed office bearers. “Rahul Gandhi has asked everyone to work unitedly in the interest of the party. He has said that everyone should strongly raise the voice of the people and fight on the issues of public interest,” Hooda said.
State in-charge Vivek Bansal said the newly appointed office bearers have assured Rahul Gandhi to discharge their responsibility with full devotion. “Haryana Congress will be seen progressing rapidly in the coming days,” he said.
Chaudhary Udaybhan and the newly appointed working presidents thanked Rahul Gandhi. Udaybhan said strengthening the organization and taking it to the grassroots would be his priority for the next three months.
Preparations are in full swing for the 'Vipaskh Aapke Samaksh’ program to be held in Fatehabad on May 29. “There is great enthusiasm among the public about the programme, as was visible when he was reaching Chandigarh with Bhupinder Singh Hooda from Delhi to take charge. During this, thousands of people were present on the way to welcome them. Due to which the journey of 4 hours was covered in 12 hours,” he said.
Responding to a question about the committee formed on farmers' issues for Nav Chintan Shivir, Hooda told reporters that he has submitted his report to the party high command. “We made some revolutionary recommendations like guaranteeing MSP to farmers, giving MSP on C2 formula, making farmers debt-free, free electricity and implementation of minimum wages under MGNREGA. The party has included this in its resolution,” he said.
नव-संकल्प चिंतन शिविर के लिए किसानों के मुद्दों पर बनी कमेटी के संबंध में पूछे गए सवाल के जवाब में हुड्डा ने पत्रकारों को बताया कि उन्होंने अपनी रिपोर्ट पार्टी हाईकमान को सौंप दी है। इसमें किसानों को एमएसपी की गारंटी देने, सी2 फार्मूले पर एमएसपी देने, किसानों को कर्ज से मुक्ति दिलाने, मुफ्त बिजली देने और मनरेगा में न्यूनतम मजदूरी लागू करने जैसी क्रांतिकारी सिफारिशें की गई हैं। पार्टी ने इसे अपने संकल्प पत्र में शामिल भी कर लिया है।
