The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the following:

(i) Repatriation of Shri Rajesh Khullar, IAS (HY:88), Executive Director, World Bank, Washington DC, USA to his parent cadre on the request of the State Government of Haryana; and

(ii) Appointment of Shri Parameswaran lyer, IAS (UP:81) (Retd.), Chief Executive Officer, NITI Aayog as Executive Director, World Bank Headquarters, Washington DC, USA vice Shri Rajesh Khullar, IAS (HY:88) for a tenure of three years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier, by curtailing term of his appointment as CEO, NITI Aayog.
