In these 2500 days, while
initiating various Information and Technology reforms so as to ensure
paperless, faceless and transparent governance, the present State Government
not only changed the course of development through corruptionless governance
but also launched various public schemes and programmes that reached the last
man first.
यह जानकारी हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने आज यहां राज्य
सरकार के कार्यकाल के सफलतापूर्वक 2500 दिन पूर्ण होने पर आयोजित प्रेस
वार्ता के दौरान दी।
The Chief Minister said that the 2500 days the present State
Government’s tenure is a ‘progressive report card’ which highlights that of how
big changes have been brought in the governance system which has not only
completely eradicated corruption, the exploitation of poor, non-meritorious
selection but has also increased the trust and belief of common man in their
government by manifolds.
उन्होंने कहा कि भ्रष्टाचार पर नकेल कसना और योग्यता के आधार पर
सरकारी नौकरियां देना हमारी दो सबसे बड़ी उपलब्धियां हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य
सरकार के 2500 दिन का कार्यकाल एक 'प्रगतिशील रिपोर्ट कार्ड' है जो इस बात पर
प्रकाश डालता है कि हमने कैसे शासन प्रणाली में बड़े बदलाव किए, जिसने भ्रष्टाचार
पर लगाम लगी, गरीबों का शोषण समाप्त हुआ और पर्ची-खर्ची पर नौकरियां देने की
प्रथा बंद हुई। इसने आम आदमी का सरकार में विश्वास कई गुना बढ़ा है।
Taking a jibe at the Congress, Manohar Lal said that on
October 26, 2014, when BJP had come to power age-old corruption, exploitation
of the poor, dynastic politics had pushed Haryana into a vulnerable situation
wherein the government property was being looted leaving the people of the
state at the receiving end. '
कांग्रेस पर तंज कसते हुए मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि 26 अक्टूबर 2014 को, जब भाजपा सत्ता में
आई थी, उस समय प्रदेश में भ्रष्टाचार और परिवारवाद व भाई-भतीजावाद का
बोलबाला था और सरकारी संपत्ति की लूट होती थी। तब हमने हरियाणा में विकास का एक
नया अध्याय लिखने का फैसला किया और यह सुनिश्चित किया कि सभी योजनाओं का लाभ उन
लोगों तक पहुंचे जो पंक्ति में सबसे अंतिम पायदान पर हैं।
He said that the first thing he did after becoming the Chief
Minister was to end long queues that used to line up outside houses and offices
of Chief Minister, Ministers and Bureaucracy. We ensured that people should not
run from pillar to post to get their work done. Radical reforms were brought to
replace Right to Corruption with the Right to Service.
उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री बनने के बाद सबसे पहला काम उन्होंने
मुख्यमंत्री, मंत्रियों और अधिकारियों के घरों और कार्यालयों के बाहर लगने वाली
लंबी कतारों को खत्म करने का किया। उन्होंने कहा कि उस समय लोग अपना काम करवाने के
लिए दर-दर भटकते थे। उस समय ऐसा लगता था कि भ्रष्टाचार का अधिकार है, जिसको हमने सेवा के
अधिकार से बदलकर क्रांतिकारी सुधार किए।
“We always advise opposition to play a positive role, but since they do not have any logical and fundamental issues to raise so they do nothing more than creating doubts in the minds of the people by spreading rumours. I would like to warn them that their future is in dark, people are going to choose us for the next five years too as gone are the days when people used to live in hallucinations,”said Manohar Lal.
मुख्यमंत्री ने विपक्ष को सकारात्मक भूमिका निभाने की सलाह देते
हुए कहा कि विपक्ष को रचनात्मक विपक्ष की भूमिका निभानी चाहिए, गलत को गलत और सही
को सही कहना चाहिए। चूंकि उनके पास उठाने के लिए कोई मुद्दा नहीं हैं, इसलिए वे भ्रम
फैलाकर लोगों के मन में संदेह पैदा करने के अलावा और कुछ नहीं करते हैं। मैं
उन्हें चेतावनी देना चाहता हूं कि उनका भविष्य अंधकार में है। उन्होंने कहा कि
जनता हमें अगले पांच वर्षों के लिए भी चुनेंगी क्योंकि वे दिन गए जब लोग भ्रमित हो
जाया करते थे, आज जनता सबकुछ समझती है।
