Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal being presented with a caricature during a press conference organised on the successful completion of 2500 days tenure of the State Government at Chandigarh.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister also announced to give an amount of Rs. 32 lakh for Chandigarh Press Club.
