हरियाणा कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि जिस उम्र में
युवाओं को उच्च शिक्षा के समुचित अवसर मिलने चाहिए, उसमें भाजपा-जजपा गठबंधन सरकार उन्हें शराब
की बोतल थमाना चाहती है। 21 साल
के युवा को आज उच्च शिक्षा या फिर रोजगार की जरूरत है, जिसका इंतजाम करने में
प्रदेश सरकार पूरी तरह नाकाम रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि शराब पीने की कानूनन उम्र 25 साल से घटाकर 21 साल करना सरासर गलत है।
कहा कि भाजपा-जजपा गठबंधन सरकार मुद्दों से लोगों का ध्यान भटकाने
के लिए ऊल-जलूल आदेश जारी करने में लगी है। 21 साल
की उम्र में कोई भी युवा आम तौर पर ग्रेजुएशन का छात्र होता है, जबकि काफी परिवार की
जिम्मेदारियों को संभालने के लिए नौकरी की तलाश शुरू कर चुके होते हैं। ऐसे में
प्रदेश सरकार को शराब बेचने की बजाए उच्च शिक्षा या फिर रोजगार गारंटी की बात करनी
चाहिए।
In a statement issued to the press, Kumari Selja said that the government was engaged in issuing hysterical orders to divert the attention of people from the issues. Any youth at the age of 21 was usually a graduate student, while many have already started looking for a job to handle the responsibilities of the family. In such a situation, instead of selling liquor, the state government should talk about higher education or employment guarantee.
She said that due to wrong policies of the government, Haryana rank first in the country in terms of unemployment and every third graduate of the state was roaming unemployed. Cases of continuous paper leaks and job scams were ruining the dream of government job of hardworking youth.
Kumari Selja said that on one hand the state government was promoting campaigns to eliminate drugs and on the other hand it was giving the right to drink alcohol to 21 year old youth. It was clear from this that the government wanted to make the youth drunk so that they cannot raise voice for their rights and demand jobs and higher educational institutions for themselves, she added.
She said that BJP had always adopted a dual character. In Delhi, the BJP was protesting against the decreasing the legal drinking age to 21 years and in Haryana itself, it was reducing the age limit.
हरियाणा प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी की अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि सरकार की गलत
नीतियों के कारण ही हरियाणा बेरोजगारी के मामले में देश में पहले स्थान पर है और
प्रदेश का हर तीसरा ग्रेजुएट बेरोजगार घूम रहा है। लगातार पेपर लीक व नौकरियां
बेचने के मामले परिश्रमी व मेहनती युवाओं के सरकारी नौकरी के सपने पर पानी फेर रहे
हैं।
कहा कि एक तरफ प्रदेश सरकार नशे को खत्म करने के लिए अभियान चलाने
का प्रचार करती है, दूसरी
ओर खुद ही 21 साल
की उम्र वालों को शराब पीने का अधिकार दे रही है। इससे साफ है कि सरकार युवाओं को
नशे में चूर करना चाहती है, ताकि
वे अपने हक के लिए आवाज न उठा सकें। वे अपने लिए नौकरी व उच्च शिक्षण संस्थान
खोलने की मांग न कर सकें।
कहा कि भाजपा हमेशा से दोहरा चरित्र अपनाती आई है। दिल्ली में भाजपा शराब पीने की उम्र 21 साल करने का विरोध कर रही है और हरियाणा में खुद ही उम्र घटा रही है।
