हरियाणा कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री और पंजाब में कांग्रेस पार्टी की स्टार प्रचारक कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी पंजाब में भारी बहुमत से सरकार बनाने जा रही है। उन्होंने पंजाब में कई विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में पार्टी का प्रचार किया है, इस वक्त पंजाब में कांग्रेस पार्टी की लहर है और कांग्रेस पार्टी भारी बहुमत से सरकार बनाने जा रही। वह खुशहाली और विकास की ओर बढ़ रहे पंजाब के मतदाताओं से अपील करती हैं कि विकास और खुशहाली की रफ्तार को रोकने की सभी कोशिशों को नाकाम करें और कांग्रेस पार्टी को अपना बहुमूल्य वोट दें।
कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी की अध्यक्षा श्रीमती सोनिया गांधी, हमारे नेता राहुल गांधी और मुख्यमंत्री चरणजीत सिंह चन्नी के नेतृत्व में पंजाब विकास की सीढ़ी चढ़ने के लिए तैयार है। कहा कि कांग्रेस अध्यक्षा श्रीमती सोनिया गांधी, हमारे नेता राहुल गांधी ने पहले चरणजीत सिंह चन्नी को मुख्यमंत्री बनाकर और अब उनका नाम मुख्यमंत्री पद के लिए घोषित करके एक नया इतिहास बनाया है। उन्होंने 𝟏𝟏𝟏 दिनों के कार्यकाल में ही ऐसे-ऐसे काम करके दिखा दिए जो पहले कोई सोच भी नहीं सकता था। एक साधारण परिवार से आने वाले गरीब, शोषित, वंचित तबके की आवाज चरणजीत सिंह चन्नी जी को जब मौका मिला तो उन्होंने अपने आप को पूरी तरह साबित करके दिखाया है।
कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी के घोषणापत्र में हर वर्ग का ख्याल रखा गया है। कांग्रेस की सरकार दोबारा बनने पर सभी जरूरतमंद छात्रों के लिए सरकारी स्कूल, कॉलेज और विश्वविद्यालयों में मुफ्त शिक्षा प्रदान की जाएगी। एससी स्कॉलरशिप जारी रखी जाएगी और बीसी व सामान्य वर्ग के लिए स्कॉलरशिप विस्तृत की जाएगी। कांग्रेस सरकार बनते ही मुख्यमंत्री चरणजीत सिंह के पहले दस्तखत के साथ हर साल एक लाख नौकरियां देने का कार्य शुरू हो जाएगा। प्रदेश की सभी जरूरतमंद महिलाओं के लिए 𝟏𝟏𝟎𝟎 रुपये हर महीना दिया जाएगा। इसके साथ जरूरतमंद महिलाओं को आठ सिलेंडर हर साल निशुल्क प्रदान किए जाएंगे। पंजाब के मजदूर भाइयों-बहनों के हितों को ध्यान में रखते हुए मनरेगा में मजदूरी को बढ़ाकर 𝟑𝟓𝟎 रुपये किया जाएगा और कार्य दिवस को 𝟏𝟎𝟎 से बढ़ाकर 𝟏𝟓𝟎 किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा प्रदेश में सभी जरूरतमंद लड़कियों की शिक्षा के लिए सरकार आर्थिक सहायता देगी। कक्षा पांचवी की छात्राओं को पांच हज़ार रुपये, कक्षा दसवीं में 𝟏𝟎 हजार रुपये और कक्षा बारहवीं की छात्राओं को 𝟐𝟎 हजार रूपये और कम्प्यूटर दिए जाएंगे। कांग्रेस सरकार वृद्धावस्था पेंशन को बढ़ाकर 𝟑𝟏𝟎𝟎 रुपये करेगी और छह महीने में हर कच्चा मकान पक्का किया जाएगा।

Kumari Selja said that in the manifesto of the Congress party, every section had been taken care of. If the Congress government was formed again, free education will be provided to all the needy students in government schools, colleges and universities. Scholarship for scheduled castes will be continued and scholarship will be extended for backward classes and general category. As soon as the Congress government is formed, the work of providing one lakh jobs every year will start with the first signature of Chief Minister Charanjit Singh. She said that Rs 1100 each will be given every month to all the needy women of the state. Along with this, eight cylinders will be provided free of cost every year to the needy women. Keeping in mind the interests of the labourers of Punjab, the wages under MGNREGA will be increased to Rs 350 and the working days will be increased from 100 to 150. Apart from this, the government will provide financial assistance for the education of all the needy girls in the state. She said that Rs 5000 will be given to the girl students of class 5th, Rs 10,000 to class 10th and Rs 20,000 and computer to the girl students of class 12th. The Congress government will increase the old age pension to Rs 3100 and every kutcha house will be made pucca in six months, said Kumari Selja.
Kumari Selja said that Channi had made every section of Punjab happy. From water and electricity bills to waiving loans of farmers, the Congress government of Punjab had given relief to the people. Today, the lowest electricity prices in the entire country were in Punjab itself. When the inflation, which was said to be a companion of the BJP government, created an outcry in the whole country, even in such a situation, Channi did not let the people of the state suffer and reduced the prices of petrol and diesel. The Congress Government gave compensation and jobs to the farmers, who were martyred in the farmers' movement. The Punjab government had also waived loans of the poor up to Rs 50,000.
Kumari Selja said that BJP and Aam Aadmi Party were two sides of the same coin. Both the parties had left no stone unturned to lie and mislead the people. Aam Aadmi Party only pretend in front of poor people and all the money was spent only in advertisements. In the midst of the Corona epidemic, within 17 months, the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi spent Rs 490 crore on advertising. The latest revelations have exposed the conspiracy plans of the Aam Aadmi Party. People of Punjab need to be alert from Aam Aadmi Party, said Kumari Selja.
Kumari Selja said that the public was fed up with the anti-people policies of the BJP government at the Centre. The BJP government was completely shrouded in arrogance. The anti-agriculture black laws were also withdrawn when pressure from farmers and laborers increased. Due to the dogma of the BJP government, more than 700 of our farmers were martyred, she added.

कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि भाजपा और आम आदमी पार्टी एक हो सिक्के के दो पहलू हैं। दोनों पार्टियों ने लोगों से झूठ बोलने व लोगों को गुमराह करने की कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी है। आम आदमी पार्टी गरीब लोगों के सामने सिर्फ ढोंग करती है और सारा पैसा सिर्फ विज्ञापनों में खर्च होता है। कोरोना महामारी के बीच 𝟏𝟕 महीनों में ही दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार ने विज्ञापन पर 𝟒𝟗𝟎 करोड़ खर्च कर दिए थे। अभी ताजा खुलासे ने आम आदमी पार्टी के षड्यंत्रकारी मंसूबों की पोल खोलकर रख दी है। पंजाब के लोगों को आम आदमी पार्टी से सतर्क रहने की जरूरत है।
कहा कि जनता केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार की जनविरोधी नीतियों से त्रस्त है। भाजपा सरकार पूरी तरह से अहंकार में चूर है। कृषि विरोधी काले कानूनों को वापस भी तब लिया गया जब किसानों और मजदूरों का दबाव बढ़ा। भाजपा सरकार की हठधर्मिता के कारण हमारे सात सौ से ज्यादा किसान शहीद हो गए।
