पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा का
कहना है कि बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार ने हरियाणा को बेरोजगारी, अपराध और महंगाई में नंबर
वन बना दिया है। आज हरियाणा का युवा देश में सबसे ज्यादा बेरोजगारी झेल रहा है।
सीएमआईई के मुताबिक 23.4
प्रतिशत बेरोजगारी दर के साथ हरियाणा सभी राज्यों से आगे है। सीएमआईई वहीं संस्था
है जिसके आंकड़े दिखाकर बीजेपी यूपी में वोट मांग रही है। इन आंकड़ों से स्पष्ट है
कि गठबंधन सरकार रोजगार सृजन में पूरी तरह नाकाम है। इसी नाकामी को छिपाने के लिए
सरकार प्राइवेट नौकरियों में 75%
आरक्षण का जुमला उछाल रही है।
हुड्डा आज रोहतक में पत्रकारों के सवालों का जवाब दे रहे थे। वो यहां कई सामाजिक कार्यक्रमों में शिरकत करने पहुंचे थे। इस मौके पर उन्होंने कहा कि मौजूदा सरकार ने हरियाणा डोमिसाइल की शर्त को 15 से घटाकर 5 साल कर दिया है। इससे अन्य राज्य का कोई भी व्यक्ति आसानी से यहां का डोमिसाइल हासिल कर प्रदेश में रोजगार हासिल कर सकेगा। इससे प्रदेश की नौकरियों में अन्य राज्य के लोगों की भागीदारी और बढ़ेगी। यानी 75 प्रतिशत के जुमले से मूल निवासियों को कोई लाभ नहीं होने वाला है। इसके विपरीत 5 साल के डोमिसाइल का खामियाजा प्रदेश की आने वाली पीढ़ियों तक को भुगतना पड़गा।

The government in Haryana is raising questions about the veracity of the data
while it is using CMIE data to seek votes in Uttar Pradesh. It is clear from
these figures that the coalition government has completely failed in employment
generation. To hide this failure, the government is touting the rhetoric of 75%
reservation in private jobs,” he said.
Hooda, answering
questions from journalists in Rohtak today, where he had gone to participate in
many social programs, said that the present government has reduced the
condition of Haryana domicile from 15 to 5 years. “With this, any person from
other state can easily get domicile of here and get employment in the state.
This will increase the share of people of other states in the jobs of the
state. The native residents are not going to benefit from the jumla of 75
percent. The coming generations of the state would have to bear the impact of
this move,” he said.
The Leader of
Opposition said today every department is facing shortage of employees because
the government is not recruiting on vacant posts. “We have reached a point
where there are no doctors in hospitals and no teachers in schools and
colleges. Employees are on the streets instead of government offices because
they are upset with the policies of the government. 52,000 Anganwadi workers of
the state are agitating for the last two and a half months, ASHA workers are
also on the streets with their demands, but the government is constantly ignoring
them. Congress will vigorously raise their demands in the coming assembly
session,” he stated/
Responding to
questions on the ensuing assembly elections in 5 states, Hooda said he had gone
to different states to campaign as a star campaigner and the Congress will
perform well. “Seeing the atmosphere and the enthusiastic response of the
voters, it is clear that Congress is going to form government in Punjab,
Uttarakhand and Goa. Along with this, Congress will also register a strong
performance in Uttar Pradesh,” he said.
नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने आगे कहा कि आज हर महकमा कर्मचारियों की किल्लत झेल रहा है क्योंकि सरकार खाली पदों पर भर्ती नहीं कर रही है। आलम यह है कि अस्पतालों में डॉक्टर नहीं है और स्कूल-कॉलेज में टीचर नहीं है। सरकारी दफ्तरों की बजाए कर्मचारी सड़कों पर हैं क्योंकि वो सरकार की नीतियों से परेशान हैं। प्रदेश की 52,000 आंगनवाड़ी वर्कर्स पिछले ढाई महीने से आंदोलनरत हैं। आशा वर्कर्स भी अपनी मांगों को लेकर सड़कों पर हैं। लेकिन सरकार लगातार उनकी अनदेखी कर रही है। आने वाले विधानसभा सत्र में कांग्रेस उनकी मांगों को पुरजोर तरीके से उठाएगी।
5 राज्यों के विधानसभा चुनावों पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए हुड्डा ने कहा कि वो स्टार प्रचारक के तौर पर अलग-अलग राज्यों में प्रचार करने के लिए गए हैं। माहौल देखकर स्पष्ट है कि कांग्रेस पंजाब, उत्तराखंड और गोवा में सरकार बनाने जा रही है। साथ ही यूपी में भी कांग्रेस मजबूत हाजिरी दर्ज करवाएगी।
