NH-334 बी को 2013 में मंजूरी दिलाकर 4 मार्च, 2014 को नोटिफाई कराया, काम शुरू कराने के लिए संसद में मांग उठाई और नितिन गडकरी से मिलकर काम शुरू कराया- दीपेंद्र हुड्डा
सोनीपत।। सांसद दीपेंद्र हुड्डा आज सोनीपत में आयोजित सामाजिक कार्यक्रमों में शिरकत करने पहुंचे। इस दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री को एनएच-334 बी पैकेज-1 के तहत सांपला-खरखौदा-खेवड़ी बाईपास की ओपनिंग करने का कोई नैतिक अधिकार नहीं है। मुख्यमंत्री पहले एनएच-334 बी के प्रोजेक्ट का विरोध करने के लिये जनता से माफी मांगे फिर उद्घाटन करें।
दीपेंद्र हुड्डा ने सवाल किया कि मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर ने जिस सड़क की
उपयोगिता पर प्रश्नचिन्ह लगाते हुए 16
नवंबर 2018 को केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन
मंत्री नितिन गडकरी को चिट्ठी लिखकर एनएच-334 बी
को डिनोटिफाई करने की मांग की थी, अब
उसका उद्घाटन किस मुंह से कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री खट्टर को
सार्वजनिक तौर पर ये स्वीकार करना चाहिए कि इस सड़क की उपयोगिता पर प्रश्नचिन्ह
लगाना और इसे रद्द करने की मांग करना उनकी गलती थी।

of a part of the proposed re-alignment Meerut-Sonepat-Kharkhoda.

Dadri-Loharu National Highway NH-334-B due to completion of
KMP. Respected sh. Nilin Gadkar ji
I would like to bring to your kind notice that the work of improvement of National Highway NH-334B Meerut-Sonepat-Kharkhoda-Sampla-Jhajjar-Charkhi Dadri-Loharu is being taken up by NHAI and two projects have been sanctioned first from Haryana-UP Border to Jhajjar and second one from Jhajjar to Loharu.
This work has been divided into two packages. For Package-1-UP/Haryana
Border-KhewraBahalgarh-Sonepat- Rohna, there are provision for four laning
alongwith bypasses at Khewra, BahalgarhSonepat and Rohna villages while for Package-II- Rohna to Jhajjar, bypasses at Hassangarh, Sampla and Bhaproda villages. The second project is of widening of carriage from Jhajjar to Loharu to 10 m width.
The part of package-l from UP/Haryana Border to Kharkhoda runs parallel in close proximity of EPE and WPE. Accordingly, the up-gradation of the part of NH-334-B from UP/Haryana Border to Kharkhoda including the construction of bypasses at Khewra, Bahalgarh-Sonepat will not be of much use after the completion of both the Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE) and the Western Peripheral Expressway (WPE) around Delhi.
The proposed re-alignment of NH-334B from its junction with Kharkhoda-Bhawana roari upto junction with Saharanpur-Delhi road can, therefore, be de-notified. Accordingly, NH-334- B may be realigned by taking it from at its junction with Kharkhoda-Bhawana road and following path along existing Kharkhoda-Bhawana road upto junction with KMP, as interchange exist at this junction. It can restart from junction of EPE with Delhi-Saharanpur road and follow the existing alignment of DelhiSaharanpur road upto its junction with NH 334-B.
There is yet another reason supporting such a move. The layout of the Bahalgarh-Sonepat bypass on the re-aligned NH-334-Bis passing through Rajiv Gandhi Education City (RGEC) Sonepat. This would disturb the development plan of RECG envisages as world-class education hub. Many reputed institution like Ashoka University & SRM University are already fully-functional here. Extension campuses of IIT-Delhi and of National Law University campus are also coming up. A National Highway right through RGEC can be ill afforded. The de notification of the above stated part of re-alignment of NH-334B will, therefore, not only save NHAI some funds but will also ward off re-planning RGEC.

दीपेंद्र हुड्डा ने बताया कि उन्होंने काफी प्रयास करके इस नये राजमार्ग NH-334 बी को यूपीए सरकार से 2013 में मंजूरी दिलाकर 4 मार्च, 2014 को नोटिफाई कराया था। इसके बाद NH-334 बी के निर्माण का काम शुरू कराने के लिए संसद में प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की मौजूदगी में इसकी पुरजोर मांग उठाई।
केन्द्रीय सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी से मुलाक़ात करके 21 फ़रवरी, 2015 को प्रोजेक्ट के कार्यान्वयन हेतु धनराशि मंजूर कराकर काम शुरू कराया था। आने वाले समय में ये सड़क जनसाधारण के लिये काफी उपयोगी साबित होगी। दीपेंद्र हुड्डा ने केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन मंत्री नितिन गडकरी का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री खट्टर के विरोध के बावजूद इसका काम पूरा कराया।

सांसद दीपेन्द्र हुड्डा ने सरकार से मांग करी कि गेहूं उत्पादक किसानों को 500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल का बोनस दिया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि इस बार समय से काफी पहले से ही तेज गर्मी पड़नी शुरु हो गयी और इसकी वजह से गेहूं उत्पादक किसानों को भारी नुकसान हुआ है। समय से पहले पड़ी भीषण गर्मी की वजह से जहां गेहूं का दाना छोटा रह गया, वहीं प्रति एकड़ उत्पादन में भी भारी गिरावट देखी गयी है।
उन्होंने कहा कि रोज बढ़ती महंगाई के चलते डीजल-पेट्रोल, खाद, दवाई, बीज और कृषि उपकरणों समेत हर चीज के दाम आसमान छू रहे हैं लेकिन किसानों की फसल का भाव जस का तस है। ऐसे में फसल उत्पादन की लागत बढ़ने और उत्पादन में कमी को देखते हुए किसानों को सरकार आर्थिक मदद मुहैया कराए। उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों को 500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल बोनस का भुगतान करने से कुछ हद तक उनको हुए नुकसान की भरपाई की जा सकती है।
