चंडीगढ़, डिजिटल डेक्स।। कांग्रेस कार्यसमिति की सदस्य एवं पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री कुमारी सैलजा ने हरियाणा में बढ़ती बेरोजगारी की स्थिति को बेहद चिंताजनक बताया है। कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि भाजपा-जजपा कुशासन में बेरोजगारी के नित नए रिकॉर्ड टूट रहे हैं, जो प्रदेश सरकार की कुनीतियों का परिणाम है।
यह बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि युवाओं के सामने नौकरियों
का संकट खड़ा है और प्रदेश सरकार ने इस साल कोई भर्ती ही नहीं निकाली है। सरकार
साजिश के तहत प्रदेश में रोजगार खत्म कर रही है।
यहां जारी बयान में कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि रोजगार प्रदान करने वाला राज्य भाजपा सरकार की नाकामियों के चलते आज बेरोज़गारी में पहले नंबर पर आ गया है। सीएमआईई के आंकड़ों के अनुसार बेरोजगारी में हरियाणा देश के सभी राज्यों को पीछे छोड़ कर टॉप पर पहुँच गया है।
हरियाणा प्रदेश की बेरोजगारी दर मई माह में 24.6 प्रतिशत थी, जो जून में बढ़कर 30.6 प्रतिशत हो गई है। बेरोजगारी दर एक महीने में छह प्रतिशत तक बढ़ गई है। इसके लिए सीधे तौर पर सरकार जिम्मेदार है। सरकार की रोजगार खत्म करने की साजिश का ही नतीजा है कि पिछले एक साल से सरकार ने कोई भर्ती नहीं निकाली है।
सरकार जानबूझकर सरकारी भर्ती नहीं निकाल रही है। बीते एक वर्ष में अब तक कोई भी बड़ी भर्ती नहीं निकली है। पिछली भर्तियां भी अटकी हुई हैं। जो पद खाली पड़े हुए हैं उन पदों पर दूसरे राज्य के रिटायर कर्मचारियों को मौका दिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में ढाई लाख से ज्यादा एचटेट पास युवा हैं और शिक्षकों के 50 हजार से ज्यादा पद खाली पड़े हुए हैं।
इसके बावजूद सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ़ाने के लिए दूसरे राज्यों के रिटायर्ड टीचर्स को रखने का फैसला पूरी तरह से हरियाणा विरोधी है। इस सरकार में प्रदेश के उद्योग धंधे पूरी तरह से तबाह हो चुके हैं। जिस कारण निजी कंपनियां भी लगातार कर्मियों की छंटनी कर रही हैं।
कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि सरकार ने अपनी नाकाम नीतियों से प्रदेश के विकास को पहले ही ठप कर दिया था और अब प्रदेश को गर्त में ले जा रही है। सरकार की असफल और असंवेदनशील नीतियों के चलते बेरोजगार युवाओं के जीवन में निराशा आ रही है।
रोजगार देने की बजाय सरकार मूकदर्शक बन हाथ पर हाथ धरे बैठी है। बेरोजगारी के चलते आज प्रदेश का युवा मानसिक तनाव के दौर से गुजर रहा है। केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार द्वारा अग्निपथ योजना भी युवाओं को बर्बाद करने के लिए लाई गई है।
भाजपा की नीतियां युवाओं को बर्बाद करने वाली है। भाजपा सरकार के कुशासन में आज बेरोजगारी ने सभी रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिए हैं। आसमान छूती महंगाई के बीच बेरोजगारी युवाओं पर कहर बनकर टूट रही है, मगर सरकार को प्रदेश के युवाओं की कोई परवाह नहीं है।
Member, Congress Working Committee and former Union Minister Kumari Selja has described the rising unemployment situation in Haryana as serious and worrying. Kumari Selja said that under the BJP-JJP misgovernance, new records of unemployment were being broken every now and then, which was the result of the policies of the state government.
It was very unfortunate that there was a crisis of employment in front of the youth and the state government had not undertaken any recruitment this year. Under conspiracy, the government was ending employment opportunities in the state, said Kumari Selja.
In a statement issued here, Kumari Selja said that the state, which was known for providing employment, had now come first in terms of unemployment due to the failures of the BJP government. According to CMIE data, Haryana had reached the top in unemployment, leaving behind all the states of the country.
The unemployment rate of Haryana was 24.6 percent in the month of May, which had increased to 30.6 percent in June. The unemployment rate had risen to six percent in a month for which the government was directly responsible.
It was the result of the government's conspiracy to end employment that for the last one year the government had not undertaken any recruitment. She said that the government was deliberately not rolling out recruitment.
So far no major recruitment had been rolled out in the last one year. Previous recruitments were also stuck. Retired employees of other states were being given a chance on those posts which were lying vacant.
She said that there were more than 2.5 lakh HTET pass youth in the state and more than 50 thousand posts of teachers were lying vacant. Despite this, the decision to hire retired teachers from other states to teach in government schools of the state was completely anti-Haryana.
The industries of the state had been completely destroyed under this government due to which the private companies were also continuously laying off workers.
Kumari Selja said that the government had already stalled the development of the state with its failed policies and now it was taking the state to a trough.
Due to the unsuccessful and insensitive policies of the government, the unemployed youth were getting frustrated. Instead of providing employment, the government was idle as a mute spectator. Due to unemployment, the youth of the state was going through a period of mental stress, said Kumari Selja.
Agneepath scheme had also been introduced by the BJP government at the Center to ruin the youth. BJP's policies will ruin the youth completely. Today unemployment had broken all records under the misrule of the BJP government.
Unemployment was wreaking havoc on the youth amid skyrocketing inflation, but the government does not care about the youth of the state, she added.
