Government should take back FIR lodged against sarpanches, without delay- Hooda
इस मौके पर उन्होंने पंचकूला में प्रदर्शन कर रहे 4 हजार सरपंचों पर दर्ज की गई एफआईआर को वापिस लेने की मांग की। उन्होंने कहा कि पंचायतों पर थोपी गई ई-टेंडरिंग व्यवस्था सही नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि गठबंधन सरकार सिर से लेकर पैर तक भ्रष्टाचार में डूबी हुई है। इसलिए ई-टेंडरिंग के नाम पर पंचायती राज में भी भ्रष्टाचार का एक अड्डा स्थापित करना चाहती है।
पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों ने इसका विरोध किया तो... सरकार ने उनकी आवाज को लाठी के जोर पर दबाने की कोशिश की। पंच-सरपंचों की मांग मानने की बजाए सरकार ने उनके ऊपर एफआईआर दर्ज कर दी। सरकार के इस अलोकतांत्रिक रवैये और बढ़ती बेरोजगारी, बढ़ती महंगाई, राज्य में बिगड़ती कानून-व्यवस्था के खिलाफ 6 मार्च को पहले काँग्रेस विधायक दल की बैठक होगी उसके बाद कांग्रेस पार्टी महामहिम राज्यपाल से मिलकर ज्ञापन सौंपेगी। इस मौके पर पार्टी के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष चौधरी उदयभान और तमाम विधायक भी मौजूद रहेंगे।
“When the panchayat representatives opposed this... the government tried to suppress their voice with the brute force of police batons. Instead of accepting the demands of Panch-Sarpanchs, the government registered an FIR against them. The Congress will meet and submit a memorandum to His Excellency the Governor on the 6th March against this undemocratic attitude of the government. State President of the party Chaudhary Udaybhan and all the MLAs will also be present on this occasion,” he said.

हुड्डा ने याद दिलाया कि कांग्रेस कार्यकाल के दौरान... पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों को विकास कार्य करवाने की पूरी स्वतंत्रता और फंड मुहैया करवाए गए थे। इसी वजह से हरियाणा के प्रत्येक गांव में पक्की गलियां और तमाम विकास कार्य हुए। लेकिन, बीजेपी-जेजेपी चुने हुए प्रतिनिधियों की बजाए पंचायती राज व्यवस्था को ठेकेदारों के हवाले करना चाहती हैं।
Hooda reminded that panchayat... representatives were given complete freedom and funds to get development work done during the Congress government. Every village in Haryana had paved streets and all development works because of this. But BJP-JJP wants to hand over the Panchayati Raj system to the contractors, instead of the elected representatives.
खुद सरकार के भीतर नई नीति को लेकर एक राय नहीं है... सत्ताधारी पार्टियों के नेता कुछ कह रहे हैं और उनके मंत्री कुछ बोल रहे हैं। हर मोर्चे पर विफल होने के चलते बीजेपी-जेजेपी में जमकर अंतर्कलह देखने को मिल रहा है। नीतिगत फैसलों को लेकर अंदरूनी विवाद बताता है कि यह सरकार पूरी तरह दिशाहीन और विफल है।
“Within the government itself there is no consensus on the new policy... The leaders of the ruling parties are saying something and their ministers are saying something else. Due to failure on every front, fierce infighting is being seen in BJP-JJP. Internal disputes regarding policy decisions show that this government is directionless and a complete failure,” he said.
पुरानी पेंश स्कीम के मुद्दे पर बोलते हुए हुड्डा ने कहा कि... इसको लेकर कमेटी बनाकर या उसकी मीटिंग करके सरकार सिर्फ टाइमपास कर रही है। अगर वह ओपीएस लागू करना चाहती है तो एक झटके में और एक लाइन में यह फैसला लिया जा सकता है। जिस तरह राजस्थान, छत्तीसगढ़ और हिमाचल की कांग्रेस सरकारों ने यह फैसला लिया, प्रदेश में कांग्रेस सरकार बनने पर पहली ही कैबिनेट मीटिंग में कर्मचारियों को ओपीएस का लाभ दिया जाएगा।

Speaking on the issue of Old Pension Scheme, Hooda said the... government is just killing time by forming a committee or holding a meeting on this. “If it wants to implement OPS, then this decision can be taken in one stroke and in one line. Just as the Congress governments of Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Himachal took this decision, the employees will be given the benefit of OPS in the very first cabinet meeting after the Congress government is formed in the state,” he stated.
