Chandigarh- सदन को किया गया गुमराह, यूरिया खाद के लिए दर-दर भटक रहे हैं किसान : सैलजा

चंडीगढ़ NEWS। हरियाणा प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी की अध्यक्ष कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा खाद की कमी के मामले पर विधानसभा के अंदर समूचे सदन को गुमराह किया गया है। कृषि मंत्री ने दावा किया था कि प्रदेश में यूरिया खाद की कोई कमी नहीं है, लेकिन प्रदेश में आज भी यूरिया खाद की किल्लत बनी हुई है। किसान यूरिया के लिए मारे-मारे फिर रहे हैं। यूरिया का इंतजाम करने के लिए किसानों को कड़ाके की ठंड के बावजूद सुबह पांच बजे मंडी में पहुंचना पड़ रहा है।

मीडिया को जारी बयान में कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि धान की फसल के मंडी में पहुंचने के साथ ही किसान गेहूं की फसल की तैयारी शुरू कर देते हैं। धान को बेचने से मिलने वाली राशि से वे बीज व खाद खरीदने का सिलसिला शुरू करते हैं। ऐसे में कायदे से अक्टूबर के महीने में खाद का इंतजाम हो जाना चाहिए, लेकिन तीन महीने बीतने के बाद भी खाद के लिए किसान धक्के खाने को मजबूर हैं।

कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि किसान विरोधी भाजपा-जजपा गठबंधन सरकार ने अपनी कमियों को छिपाने के लिए कृषि मंत्री को आगे कर दिया और उनसे विधानसभा में बयान दिलवा दिया कि प्रदेश में खाद की कोई कमी नहीं है। अब कृषि मंत्री व प्रदेश सरकार को यूरिया की कमी के बारे में श्वेत पत्र जारी करना चाहिए। उन्हें बताना चाहिए कि किस जिले में कितना खाद मौजूद है और किसानों के सामने बन रहे मौजूदा खाद संकट के लिए जिम्मेदार कौन है।

कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि तीन कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ एक साल से भी ज्यादा समय तक चले किसान आंदोलन के कारण प्रदेश सरकार किसानों से रंजिश पाले हुए है। प्रदेश सरकार नहीं चाहती कि किसान अपनी मेहनत के साथ फसल को तैयार करें और फिर उसे बाजार तक पहुंचाएं। सरकार की मंशा है कि किसान को फसल की पैदावार अच्छी न मिले। उसकी फसल अच्छे दाम पर न बिके। वह किसी भी तरीके से आर्थिक तौर पर मजबूत न हो, ताकि भविष्य में कभी भी सरकार के खिलाफ बोलने की हिम्मत न उठा सके।

In a statement issued here today, Kumari Selja said that as soon as the paddy crop reaches market, the farmers start preparing for wheat crop. With the amount received after selling paddy, they start the process of buying seeds and fertilizers. In such a situation, fertilizer should have been arranged in the month of October, but even after three months, the farmers have not received fertilizer.

Kumari Selja said that in order to hide its shortcomings, the anti-farmer BJP-JJP alliance government had put forth the Agriculture Minister and asked him to make a statement in the assembly that there is no shortage of fertilizer in the state. Now, the Agriculture Minister and the state government should issue a white paper regarding the shortage of urea. They should tell the quantity of fertilizer available in every district and who is responsible for the present fertilizer crisis being faced by the farmers.

Kumari Selja said that the state government is maintaining enmity with the farmers due to their agitation which lasted for more than a year against the three agricultural laws. The state government does not want the farmers to prepare the crop with their hard work and then take it to the market. The intention of the government is that the farmer does not get good crop yield so that it could not be sold at a good price. The government does not want the farmers to be financially strong in any way so that they can never dare to speak against the government in future, she added.

Kumari Selja said that the level of crisis of urea in the state can be gauged from the fact that just after getting information about the arrival of urea, farmers start reaching the mandi to buy fertilizers. In Jind district, the officials of the Agriculture Department are saying that they have sent the demand for urea to the government, but the government is not fulfilling this demand due to its stubbornness. She demanded the state government to remove the shortage of fertilizers at the earliest.

कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि प्रदेश में इन दिनों यूरिया का संकट कितना बड़ा है, इसका अंदाजा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि यूरिया आने की सूचना मात्र से ही किसान मंडी में खाद खरीदने के लिए पहुंचने लगते हैं। जींद जिले में एक तरफ कृषि विभाग के अधिकारी कह रहे हैं कि उन्होंने यूरिया की डिमांड सरकार को भेजी हुई है, लेकिन दूसरी तरफ अपनी हठधर्मिता के कारण सरकार इस मांग को पूरा नहीं कर रही है। उन्होंने प्रदेश सरकार से खाद की कमी जल्द से जल्द दूर करने की मांग की।
