बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ’ का नारा देने वाली बीजेपी
सरकार के राज में बेटियां सड़कों पर संघर्ष करने के लिए मजबूर हैं। लेकिन सरकार
उनकी कोई सुनवाई नहीं कर रही है। प्रदेश की 52,000
आंगनवाड़ी वर्कर्स की अनदेखी बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार की बेटियों के प्रति नकारात्मक
सोच का जीता जागता उदाहरण है। ये कहना है पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा का। हुड्डा ने कहा कि आंगनवाड़ी वर्कर्स पिछले 70 दिन से हड़ताल पर हैं और
अपनी मांगों को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री के गृह क्षेत्र करनाल में डेरा डाले हुए हैं।
खुदरा महंगाई के ताजा आंकड़ों का जिक्र करते हुए कि हुड्डा ने कहा कि हरियाणा में महंगाई लगातार नये रिकॉर्ड स्थापित कर रही है। बेहद कम मानदेय में किसी तरह गुजर-बसर करने वाली आंगनवाड़ी वर्कर्स को घर चलाना मुश्किल हो गया है। बावजूद इसके सरकार मानदेय में बढ़ोत्तरी की मांग मानने को तैयार नहीं है। महिला कर्मियों का कहना है कि प्रदेश सरकार प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा 10 सितंबर, 2018 को वर्कर्स के मानदेय में 1500 रुपये और हेल्पर्स के लिए 750 रुपये की बढ़ोतरी के ऐलान को लागू नहीं कर रही है। इसी तरह खुद मुख्यमंत्री ने मार्च 2018 में कुशल-अकुशल वर्कर्स का मानदेय तय कर उसे महंगाई भत्ते से जोड़ा था, उसको भी लागू करने से मौजूदा सरकार पीछे हट गई है। स्वीकार करने के बावजूद सरकार 3 लाख रुपये के एक्सग्रेशिया को लागू करने के लिए तैयार नहीं है। ऐसे में लोगों का विश्वास सरकार पर से ख़त्म होता जा रहा है क्योंकि ये सरकार अपनी ही कही बात से साफ़ मुकर जा रही है।
हुड्डा ने कहा कि आंदोलन को दबाने के लिए प्रदेश सरकार तानाशाही रवैया अपनाए हुए है। उसने सैकड़ों वर्कर्स और हेल्पर्स की सेवाएं समाप्त कर उनके खिलाफ झूठे मुकदमे दर्ज कर दिए हैं। जायज मांगों को लेकर लोकतांत्रिक तरीके से आंदोलन कर रही महिला कर्मियों के विरुद्ध सरकार अलोकतांत्रिक हथकंडे अपना रही है। लेकिन कांग्रेस हर हाल में मजबूती के साथ आंगनवाड़ी वर्कर्स के साथ खड़ी है। उनकी मांग को आने वाले विधानसभा सत्र में पुरजोर तरीके से उठाया जाएगा। अगर इस सरकार ने उनकी मांगें नहीं मानी तो भविष्य में कांग्रेस सरकार बनने पर आंगनवाड़ी वर्कर्स की मांगों को पूरा किया जाएगा।
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने महंगाई के ताजा आंकड़ों पर भी अपनी प्रतिक्रिया दी। उनका कहना है कि एक बार फिर बेरोजगारी के साथ महंगाई में भी हरियाणा ने टॉप किया है। ऐसा लगता है कि नकारात्मक उपलब्धियां हासिल करना बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार की आदत बन गई है। प्रदेश में महंगाई दर 6.64% से बढ़कर 7.23% हो गई है, जो पूरे देश में सबसे ज्यादा है। किसान, व्यापारी, मजदूर, कर्मचारी और गरीब समेत प्रदेश के हर वर्ग पर महंगाई की भारी मार पड़ रही है। यही वजह है कि आज प्रदेश का हर वर्ग सड़कों पर उतर आंदोलन करने के लिए मजबूर है।

implementing the announcement made by the Prime Minister on September 10, 2018
to increase the honorarium of workers by Rs 1500 and for helpers by Rs 750,” he
added.
“In March 2018, the
Chief Minister had himself had fixed the honorarium of skilled and unskilled
workers and linked them with dearness allowance, the present government has
backtracked from implementing it. The government is not ready to implement the
exgratia of Rs 3 lakh, despite accepting it. In such a situation, the trust of
the people in the government is going to end because this government is clearly
going back on its own words,” he said.
The Leader of
Opposition said the state government is adopting a dictatorial attitude to
suppress the movement and it has terminated the services of hundreds of workers
and helpers, and filed false cases against them. He accused the government is
adopting undemocratic tactics against women workers who are agitating
democratically for legitimate demands.
“The Congress stands firmly with the Anganwadi
workers in every situation. Their demand will be vigorously raised in the
coming assembly session and If this government does not accept their demands,
then the demands of Anganwadi workers will be fulfilled if the Congress
government is formed in future,” he said.
Reacting to the
latest inflation figures, Hooda said Haryana had once again topped in
unemployment, as well as inflation. “It seems that achieving negative
achievements has become a habit of the BJP-JJP government. The inflation rate
in the state has increased from 6.64% to 7.23%, which is the highest in the
entire country. Every section of the state including farmers, traders,
labourers, employees and poor is being hit hard by inflation. This is the
reason that today every section of the state is compelled to agitate on the
streets,” he stated.
